A subscription is required for searching, viewing and printing records on iDoc Market, unless the county allows the Basic Search option which allows an index search only (no images). Before purchasing a subscription be sure to hover over the information icon on the ‘Counties’ page to find the data and image availability. Typically counties will include the record date range for which documents are available as well as a description of the types of records found on the site. Once a subscription is purchased, you’ll be directed to a search screen with many search options. This screen is an inclusive search, meaning the more criteria you select, the more refined your search results will be. If you’re unsure of the specific information for how a document was indexed (document number, book, page, etc…), you should start by doing a broad search and then refine the results from there; often just entering a single search criterion will yield the desired results.
If you click on your email address at the top right-hand side of the screen you can choose My Account to manage your account. From here you can view your current subscriptions and turn automatic renewals either on or off. Note, that if you don't see an on / off auto-renew option for your subscription, this is because this subscription type doesn’t allow for automatic renewal (typically hour and day passes) and you will not be automatically renewed.
Windows 10 as a default uses the Microsoft Edge browser for accessing webpages. Printing from Microsoft Edge currently isn’t supported in iDoc Market, but you can select the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the browser (…) and select the Open with Internet Explorer option to restore your printing functionality while using the site.
Login to iDoc Market, click on your email address in the upper right corner and select My Account. At the top of the screen you'll see your email address with a change link that you can use to enter your new email address.
First, check to make sure your payment type is valid and not expired. You should see a warning message on the search screen if this is the case. Assuming you have a valid payment source, one option to try is to simply switch browsers, as we have the greatest printing compatibility with Google Chrome. Another step to take is to update your Adobe Reader, since iDoc Market uses PDF format for printing. In some cases with Internet Explorer or Firefox, you may need to disable a default PDF viewer in your Manage Add-ons. Finally, you can also try to hard refresh of the site to clear any cached files in your browser by holding down the CTRL+F5 key.

Yes, once logged in you can select your login name in the upper right hand corner and select My Account. Scrolling down to Payment Sources will allow you to remove, add, maintain multiple and make any valid payment type the default. Items to note are, you can always remove any invalid payment type, but you cannot remove a valid and default payment type. A new valid payment type would need to be added, made default and then the old payment type could be removed.
Click on the login link in the upper right hand corner and then click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page. Enter your registered email address to be sent a password reset email.
The iDoc Market currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Yes, the search results are limited to the most recent 500 matching records.
There are a few different ways to know if you have an active subscription to a county or counties. After logging into iDoc Market you’ll be taken to the Counties page and you can see any subscribed counties by selecting the Subscribed option on the top left. Note that subscribed counties will have a green Subscribed label below the county name on this page. Alternatively, if you click on your login name in the upper right hand corner you’ll receive a list of active county subscriptions. To see when these active county subscriptions expire, select the My Account link and find the subscription information under the Active Subscriptions section.
If you click on your email address at the top right-hand side of the screen you can choose My Account to manage your account. From here you can view the number of views and prints that you have made per county per month. Note that this counts all views and prints, including documents viewed or printed multiple times, which you may not have been charged for.
Print and View charges are charged out during a nightly process according to defined business rules. If you incur $5 or more of charges or if it has been more than 3 days since your last transaction, your receipt will be processed in the nightly routine.
You will receive a receipt for your subscription / access charge right away when signing up on the site, but Prints and Views are charged out during a nightly process according to defined business rules.
